This is a great hip mobility drill which helps with rotating your hips in your golf swing.
Steps to follow: Get into a plank position with your legs resting on a platform at the same level as your shoulders. Bring your right knee to your chest and then rotate your hips to the left side, as per the video. Repeat the same process for your left leg and do the exercise for 30 seconds. Do as many repetitions as you can.
